Refund Policy

All admission and course-fee payments are final and non-refundable once admission is confirmed. Please check the program structure, fees, batch timing and written admission terms before making any payment.

1. Review before confirming admission

Students are encouraged to speak with an ASDM counselor, attend an available demo session and review the program duration, curriculum, learning format, batch timing, fee schedule, installment terms and eligibility requirements before confirming admission.

2. No refund after admission

Once a student's admission has been confirmed and any admission or course fee has been paid, the amount is non-refundable. A refund will not be provided for a change of mind, change in personal circumstances, relocation, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, withdrawal from the program or a decision not to continue the course.

3. Missed classes and discontinuation

Failure to attend classes, complete assignments, use learning resources or participate in the program does not make a student eligible for a full or partial refund. Leaving or discontinuing the program after admission does not cancel amounts already paid.

4. Batch changes and transfers

A request to change a batch or transfer to another available program may be considered only at ASDM's discretion and subject to availability, eligibility and written approval. Any approved adjustment is not a cash refund and may be subject to the applicable admission terms.

5. Duplicate or incorrect transactions

If the same payment is charged more than once or an amount is processed incorrectly because of a verified payment error, contact ASDM promptly with the receipt and transaction records. ASDM will review the records and, where applicable, correct the verified payment error through an appropriate payment method.

6. Rights under applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a mandatory legal requirement applies to a particular case, that requirement will prevail to the extent required by law.

7. Help before admission

For clarity about fees, installments, batch availability, program inclusions or this no-refund policy, speak with an authorized ASDM counselor before paying. Completing the admission process or making a payment confirms that the student has had an opportunity to review this policy.
