Placement assistance is a service to understand before choosing a digital marketing course. The useful question is what support you will receive, under which conditions, and how it helps you prepare for opportunities.<\/p>\n

Ask for specific activities and written terms. A placement logo strip, salary headline or selected success story cannot answer every question about your own programme.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Start with the support you need<\/span><\/h2>\n

Consider where you need help: selecting a role, presenting assignments, preparing a resume, practising interviews or understanding employer requirements. Someone starting their first career and someone moving from an existing job may need different guidance.<\/p>\n

Use this table during counselling. It is a comparison checklist, not a promise that every institute includes every service.<\/p>\n

Support can help you prepare and connect with opportunities. The employer still decides whom to interview, what assessment to use and whether to make an offer.<\/p>\n

Ask what you are expected to do: complete course work, maintain an updated portfolio, respond to opportunities or attend interviews. Clarify any participation conditions before paying for a programme. Do not assume a course's admission criteria are identical to an employer's hiring requirements.<\/p>\n

Also ask what happens if an opportunity does not suit your location, schedule or interests. A role title alone may not reveal the actual work.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Read placement examples carefully<\/span><\/h2>\n

A useful student example identifies the person, employer and role. Additional information may include the programme, joining date and compensation, where verified and permitted.<\/p>\n

Check which date is being shown. A social-media announcement date is not necessarily the joining date. Check whether the role is employment, an internship or a freelance engagement.<\/p>\n

A collection of successful examples is not enough to calculate a placement rate. If an institute quotes a percentage, ask about the reporting period, relevant cohort, number seeking work, number placed and how the calculation treats internships or students who decline opportunities.<\/p>\n

These questions help you understand the claim without dismissing genuine individual achievements.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Treat salary figures as details of an individual offer<\/span><\/h2>\n

If a salary is displayed, ask what the figure represents and whether variable components are included. Do not assume the highest reported package is a typical beginner outcome.<\/p>\n

When comparing offers, consider the actual responsibilities, location, working arrangement and compensation terms. A course fee or duration does not establish the salary an employer will offer you.<\/p>\n

If current salary information is unavailable, focus your course comparison on the skills and support you can verify.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Clarify internships separately<\/span><\/h2>\n

An internship can differ from permanent employment in duration, responsibilities and payment. Ask who offers it, how students are selected, whether payment is confirmed and what work is expected.<\/p>\n

Do not infer that an internship is paid, guaranteed or available to every student from a general course description. If an internship is central to your decision, obtain the applicable terms for your selected programme.<\/p>\n

When reviewing an internship example, ask what the learner contributed. Observing a demonstration, assisting a team and owning a task are different experiences.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Bring your own work into the discussion<\/span><\/h2>\n

Choose an assignment or personal project that you can explain. Describe the task, your decisions, feedback actually received and what you would improve.<\/p>\n

Ask how that work relates to the role you are considering. For example, a content-focused application might use a writing sample, while an advertising-focused discussion might use a clearly labelled campaign plan.<\/p>\n

Do not present a training reference as a client achievement. Honest work samples create a more useful conversation about readiness and next steps.<\/p>\n
